A Concerto of a Rich Ecosystem, Played by a Simple Watering System and the Soil.

From WA of AMETSUCHI Amazing SOIL

Hello, everyone. The breeze passing through the fresh greenery is so pleasant, and we have entered a beautiful season where I lovingly watch the foliage in our garden deepen its colors day by day.

In our backyard lies what RITZ calls his "testing ground"—a small, yet undeniable microcosm of life. Today, I would like to share with you a gentle and rich story that has been nurtured in this very place over the past year and a half.

Have you seen the photo on the icon? His wonderfully plump figure naturally brings a smile to my face. However, the presence of this little tree frog is the greatest proof of just how rich and stable the Soil in our garden truly is.

RITZ often speaks with a slightly serious expression, saying, "Environmental preparation to increase certainty is crucial." When I listen to him talk about the advanced irrigation systems used by professional farmers, it sometimes feels like a world far removed from my own.

But what he is actually doing in this garden is incredibly simple—a gentle wisdom that anyone can replicate.

Attaching a timer to a watering can and running thin tubes throughout the yard. That is all. There is no exaggerated equipment, yet it gently moistens the surface of the earth, entrusting the unpredictable sway of the wind to carry the moisture across the entire garden... When this flexible, intelligent approach that aligns with the laws of nature is combined with our flagship product, Whispers of the Soil (土壌の囁き), the garden begins to shine with newfound vitality.

The lime tree, which has been bearing fruit much more abundantly since last year. The Kaido (flowering crabapple) that bloomed so gorgeously in the spring it made me sigh. The lovely pair of bush warblers and cheerfully chirping birds that come to eat the cherries. The gracefully dancing swallowtail butterflies, and the lizards that have settled in as residents. And the medaka fish that safely survived the harsh winter in our two biotopes.

Right now, our joy is a small plum sapling, about one meter tall. I am already looking forward to the day when we can make homemade umeboshi (pickled plums) using the fruit grown from this healthy Soil.

RITZ sometimes laughs and says, "I can't tell if I'm working or playing anymore." Collecting data and preparing the environment is his important "work as an engineer." But the time spent admiring the lives nurtured there is pure "play" and peace from the bottom of his heart.

The boundary between work and play melting away, leaving both as equally happy moments. That might be the true form of the "small happiness" we wish to deliver to you all through technology.

Not just for someone special, but certain harvests and harmony for everyone's everyday life. I hope this warm "concerto" born from our backyard reaches your hands, too.
