Look, there’s a burdock root sticking way out of a mug! (lol). Believe it or not, Ritz grew this in the home garden. It was supposed to be a "small variety," but after sprinkling a bit of "Whispers of the Soil"—the secret essence of AMETSUCHI Amazing Soil—it grew this big and wild! 🌱

Ritz humbly said, "I just scattered it on the soil," but I think the plants really felt that trust in the earth. The huge leaves gave us the signal: "We're ready!"—and last night was harvest time.

Then came the best part: dinner! 🍴 The fresh burdock was turned into a crispy, aromatic salad. The moment it hit the table, the wonderful scent of the soil filled the room. One bite, and you could feel the power of nature surging through you. Being able to share a delicious meal and feel gratitude together... it was a true moment of "Little Happiness" that filled both our hearts and stomachs.
